Rakesh Jain is a globally experienced CPA with over three decades of leadership across the U.S.A. and India. His expertise spans complex U.S. tax
filings, compliances, audits, and executive advisory — making him a go-to partner for founders navigating financial growth and regulatory complexity.
Rakesh began his career as a Chartered Accountant in India and later became a licensed CPA in Texas. Over the years, he has held CFO and senior leadership roles
in global companies, including Big 4 firms, where he led high-stakes engagements across corporate finance, taxation, and business turnarounds.
He’s also a published author of two books on cross-border finance and immigration, and has played a leading role in shaping professional communities —
including founding the first U.S. chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in New York.
He leads RJCPA with a clear conviction: transparent, practical financial leadership drives real business growth.
